Refund policy

Your return address is based on your location, please refer to the return address on the slip included in your package.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Once we have a notification that your return has been received we will email you with the next steps for your return. Please note, we are not responsible if you ship your package to the wrong location.

Please place your accurate shipping address on your order, FlowDifferently is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and will not provide a refund or replacement.

FlowDifferently does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. However, will accept returns for incorrect sizes and exchange for the correct size once the return is received.
